I’m Archie, an experienced horticulturalist, conservationist, and founder of Folk Forage Feast.
This project grew from a deep love of plants, ecosystems, and the bounty of flavours they offer. Foraging, to me, is more than gathering. It is a way to taste the wild, understand its rhythms, and rekindle our relationship with the natural world.
Here, I invite you to explore the edible landscape with me. From the citrus sparkle of wood sorrel to the earthy richness of wild mushrooms, every ingredient has a story of ecology, culture, and connection.
My workshops are collaborative experiences where we forage, cook, and reflect together, blending gourmet exploration with environmental awareness.
Recipes that elevate wild, seasonal ingredients into delicious dishes
Foraging guides rooted in plant science, sustainability, and tradition
Reflections on ecology, folklore, and our place in the natural world
Hands-on workshops where we gather, prepare, and feast with intention
Whether you are a chef seeking new inspiration, a curious foodie, or someone longing to reconnect with the land, Folk Forage Feast is your invitation to slow down, look closer, and experience nature through a different lens.
